Glen Heenan teaches the juniors classes Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6-7pm. Glen started training in 1989 in Olympic Taekwondo and received his blackbelt at the age of 18 and then also began training kickboxing to continue to grow as a martial artist and he is now a 5th Dan in both Taekwondo &Kickboxing and was Irish national WAKO K1 champion in 2017 and has trained and coached fighters to multiple national, European & world titles in full contact kickboxing & K1. Damian Darker teaches the Seniors classes Tuesdays & Thursdays 7-8:30pm. Damian started off doing Taekwondo under his coach Glen in 1996 at 4 years of age and then years later after receiving his black belt also ventured into kickboxing alongside his coach.Damian has won multiple national full contact titles under the IKF, ISKA & WAKO.A 5 nations full contact title under the IKF and full contact European & world titles under the ISKA.He then transitioned to K1 in 2016 and won his first professional title on the CRC promotion late that year and went on to defend that belt 4 times and is still the holder of the title.He was the 2018 WAKO Irish open K1 champion.The TFC European Pro K1 champion.The reckoning Pro K1 champion and a multiple time Irish national WAKO K1 champion. - Classes
